Story time and Playgroup
10:00am Story time
Join us Wednesdays at 10am, when our children's librarian, Sylvia Smith, leads young ones for story time. Following story time is playgroup with Melissa Seifert for children birth to age six and their grown-ups. We follow the Twinfield Union School calendar and do not hold the program the days Twinfield is closed. Snack provided.

Great Websites for Kids is sponsored by the Association for Library Service to Children, a division of the American Library Association. It is a compendium of websites for children - from games to museums, history to math, sciences and the arts. A great starting place for finding just the right website for your kids.
The Vermont Secretary of State Kids Pages is a great resource for kids on all things Vermont! A great resource on state history and government as well as a reader's corner with information about Vermont authors of kids' books by level and activity guides for learning (and teaching!) about Vermont.
The Vermont History Explorer website is full of information about Vermont history. It has great articles about Vermont history and is a great place to find primary sources like photographs and historic documents. This colorful, interactive site is designed for children, specifically students in grades 3 through 6. Resources for teachers and parents are also included.
Vermont State Parks Family Fun Guide offers great information on kid friendly hikes, family camping how-to's and information about Venture Vermont Outdoor Challenge.
KidsReads is a website, designed for children aged 6–12, containing information about children's books and authors, and some related games. The site is perfect for young book lovers looking for new reading material. The site doesn't hawk any products; it just gives grade-schoolers and tweens some great ideas and recommendations for books that they might not otherwise find.
